Who are we looking for?
Teachers must have the formal qualifications required to work as a preschool teacher, as well as have completed a Montessori pedagogy course for children ages 3–6 or be willing to begin one immediately. Fluency in Polish is also essential for this position.
Psychologists and special education teachers must hold the necessary professional credentials, have completed pedagogical training, and be fluent in Polish.
For all positions, the following are required:
- Familiarity with the principles of NVC (Nonviolent Communication) and attachment parenting
- Willingness to work in the field of alternative education
- Communicativeness, openness to new ideas, and a warm, empathetic, and friendly attitude toward children
- No criminal record
