Welcome to ItsyBitsy Montessori Preschool, where children discover the world, make friends, learn and play in an atmosphere of freedom, joy, cooperation and trust. Our kindergartens are located in the districts of: Mokotow, Bemowo and Ochota.

Our inspiration comes from Maria Montessori's proven and world-renowned system of education, which emphasizes children's freedom, respect for their individuality, and stresses the importance of a prepared environment, uses unique developmental aids, and sees the teacher's role as a guide and observer of children. 

We take care of you from the very beginning of our relationship. The adaptation process is gradual and unforced, in close cooperation with the child's family. We provide children with a gentle introduction to preschool life, free from coercion and violence. 

We use the English immersion method throughout the day, and we are truly bilingual (Polish and English).

Montessori preschool ItsyBitsy official British Council partner in British Council Advantage program

Bilingualism is a very important part of our program, and since the beginning we have been taking care of the linguistic development of our preschoolers in both Polish and English. Now we have decided to give our oldest preschoolers, almost graduates, who have already mastered the art of writing and reading to a basic degree, the chance to earn their first Cambridge language certificate. We have become an official partner of the British Council as a member of the British Council Advantage program. As part of this cooperation, children in our kindergarten have a unique opportunity to prepare for their first Cambridge language exams at the YLE (Young Learners English) level. Our teachers gain access to training materials and extensive support from a valued educational partner.

No, we’re not talking about rewarding children for every task they complete successfully. We believe that the best reward for a young child is the joy of discovering the world every day. The traditional system of rewards and punishments doesn’t allow for the full development of creativity, and it also creates pressure and a sense that the child has to do something.
